White gold in colour with aromas of lavender, honey and nougat. An enticing melange of quince, orange peel and pineapple flavours with a delicate almond note on the finish.

Best served with slightly richer dishes e.g. chicken, pork or pasta in a creamy sauce, ham or cheese-based salads such as Caesar salad or chicken salads that include peach, mango or macadamia nuts. Also pairs well with mild curries in buttery sauces.
